The Boerke Company continues to see their firm expand with expert talent, as commercial real estate professional David Ferron joined their Industrial Services team this week. Ferron, the former Real Estate & Development Manager at Paul Davis Restoration, joins The Boerke Company as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor, where he will team up with members of the company’s award winning Industrial Services Team.

“Now was the right time in my career to take all my past experience and successes into a respected and well established commercial real estate firm like The Boerke Company,” said new addition Ferron. “The company’s Alliance with Cushman & Wakefield and opportunity to work with such an experienced group of commercial real estate professionals were the two big driving factors for me coming on board here.”

At Paul Davis Restoration, Ferron managed the renovation of dozens of buildings, including a two city block redevelopment of former industrial buildings, converting them to institutional (MATC) and service (BLAST) uses. He also managed the redevelopment and ground up construction of a 40,000 SF flex building which achieved full occupancy prior to completion. “Having David join our firm adds an additional level of knowledge and experience in the development and redevelopment of commercial properties to our already excellent Industrial Team,” said Jack Price, a Partner at The Boerke Company. “David has a lot of relationships in the community, and combining that with his years of experience in the industry really extends our scope of services we can offer current and future clients.”

Prior to Ferron’s 10 years at Paul Davis Restoration, where he negotiated the leasing and disposition of numerous commercial properties, he worked at the Tews Company, which was sold to the Lafarge Corporation in 1996, as the Vice President and General Manager of the $10 billion commercial building materials company.
