Babiasz joined the Jaymes Co. Inc. in 1990 with an emphasis on selling and leasing industrial properties. He has now merged with The Boerke Company, Inc. For the last 10 years, he has been involved with the development of the Germantown Industrial Park while selling and leasing new and existing buildings. Babiasz is currently concentrating on selling and leasing industrial properties in Washington, Ozaukee, and northwest Milwaukee County areas.

Mr. McMahon has been involved in the industrial real estate service business with The Harrigan Co., Inc. for 24 years and merged with The Boerke Company, Inc. in 1997. He recently finished several major projects including: The sale of the Pabst Brewery properties, Harnischfeger Industries relocation of their world headquarters to a lakefront site in St. Francis, Wisconsin, their acquisition and subsequent resale of 80 acres of additional land along Lake Michigan, the sale of the corporate Headquarters Building to Stark Investments, and the relocation of Joy Global to downtown.

Since joining The Boerke Company, Inc., Murray focuses primarily on Investment Properties and Land transactions. Over the past year, he has brokered over $45 million in investment transactions. Prior to rejoining the company, Murray was the General Manager and Partner with Ship Harbor Yacht Charters in the State of Washington, responsible for the management and charter sales of 15 luxury yachts. In addition, he previously served as the Director of Sales for Rubloff Aviation, responsible for charter sales of private jets in the Unites States, Canada and Mexico.

Riordan successfully opened and operated a real estate brokerage firm, Brian R. Riordan, Inc., which then merged to combine The Boerke Company, Inc. He has been a full-time real estate broker since 1977 and has specialized in the listing and selling of properties, site selection, purchase and sale, and development of build to suit projects. Riordan’s experience in land work encompasses assemblage, completion of due diligence, rezoning and permitting.
