(Oshkosh, WI) — A 225,000 square-foot Jeld-Wen industrial property in Oshkosh has sold to an investment group. Six Rivers Investments LLC plans to demolish and redevelop the 27 acre site, that sits on the banks of the Fox River, into a mix of residential and retail use.

The sale includes land to the west of Jeld-Wen’s former building and the land to the east of the building across Oregon Street. For now, the site will remain industrial as the investors look to gain approvals for the potential redevelopment project. The Boerke Company’s Jim Babiasz and Patrick Dedering listed the property and represented the seller in the transaction.
