We’d like to welcome Matt Medvecz (pictured here with his wife Janel and son Tyson) to Cushman & Wakefield I Boerke! With a proven focus on team building, commitment to excellence, and a  tenacious attitude, our newest broker has what it takes to be successful in the Commercial Real Estate business.

Medvecz, who recently acquired his Commercial Real Estate license, has hit the ground running in his new role. “The time is perfect in my career to continue to build upon the relationships I have cultivated with reps, distributors, wholesalers, online retailers, and agencies as part of the Retail team at The Boerke Company,” said new addition Medvecz. “The company’s Alliance with Cushman & Wakefield and the opportunity to work with such an experienced group of commercial retail real estate professionals were the two big driving factors for me coming on board here.”

At 1099 Rep Recruiters, Medvecz was responsible for managing verticals including advertising, apparel & fashion, automotive, construction, consumer products, food & beverage, giftware & toys, health & medical, and industrial among others. “Having Matt join our firm adds an important new layer of knowledge and strong relationships to our already excellent Retail Team,” said John Kuhn, a Partner at The Boerke Company. “Matt has a lot of relationships in the community, and his time spent both as a hockey player and coach also translates extremely well to the full scope of services we can offer current and future clients.”

Prior to his time at 1099 Rep Recruiters, Medvecz spent 8 years as the Director of Player Development and coach for the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals where he was able to use his time as a professional hockey player to develop the individual skills of boys & girls from ages of 10-18.

“Matt possesses exactly the kind of character we look for here at The Boerke Company,” added Kuhn. “His proven focus on team building, commitment to excellence, and tenacious attitude are exactly what it takes to be successful in the Commercial Real Estate business, and we are extremely excited to welcome him to the Boerke Company.”
