(Menomonee Falls, WI) — A startup frozen yogurt company, Yo Yogurt, will be opening in early July at the North Point Center located at 14501 W Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls. The new company will offer a complete array of frozen yogurt options and toppings inside of their 1,793 square-foot space. Andy Fishler and Kevin Riordan, of The Boerke Company, represented the frozen yogurt tenant in the lease transaction.

Yo Yogurt will join Big Lots and Jo-Ann Fabrics, both recent additions to the North Point Center earlier this year, as well as a new sushi restaurant called Sakura. Frozen yogurt franchises have been popping up across the Southeastern part of the state, with the Third Ward, Wauwatosa, and Brookfield all seeing the ice cream alternatives entering their markets. Yo Yogurt’s owners are excited to be a part of the now thriving North Point Center, which is situated across the street from Menomonee Falls High School on busy Appleton Avenue.
