 Terence McMahon is one of the Principals over the Industrial Services team and has been involved in industrial real estate with The Harrigan Co., Inc. for 24 years and merged with The Boerke Company, Inc. in 1997. Some of his major transactions include: The sale of the Pabst Brewery properties, Harnischfeger Industries relocation of their world headquarters to a lakefront site in St. Francis, Wisconsin, their acquisition and subsequent resale of 80 acres of additional land along Lake Michigan, the sale of the corporate headquarters to building to Stark Investments, and the relocation of Joy Global to downtown.
