Jim Babiasz made his claim to fame in the 1990′s, working on landing suitable companies to fill the Germantown Industrial Park. Many of those companies still call the Park their home, and would recommend Jim in a heartbeat.

CAREER SUMMARY

Babiasz joined The Boerke Company in 1982 after spending approximately 10 years as controller and general manager for two large developers in the Milwaukee area. In 1986, he formed The Jaymes Company, Inc., a small specialized commercial/industrial real estate company serving the northwest side of Milwaukee and its suburbs. This company was directly involved with the Germantown Industrial Park, a 340-acre development, which has over 1,800,000 square feet of industrial buildings that Babiasz helped broker and develop. Currently, he is the leader for the Endeavor Business Park in Richfield. He has been active in the industrial communities of Sussex, Oconomowoc, Richfield, and recently the Green Bay, and Racine/Kenosha area. His expertise in land development, building construction, and design coupled with his accounting background, provide clients with the unique ability to guide the project from acquisition through disposition in a timely and profitable fashion.
