Kim Kioski

CAREER SUMMARY

Kim joined the team in 2009 as Controller.  Her main responsibilities include general accounting, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis, trial balance, general ledger reporting, budgets, annual reconciliations, and collections. She also has been assigned multiple Receivership Appointments. Her additional responsibilities include accounting functions, property management, asset protection, assisting with tenant build-outs, draw requests, closing documents, inventory, and acting as the liaison between debtor, lender and legal counsel.

Kim has over 25 years of Business Management/Operations experience.  She has traveled extensively throughout the US for several Fortune 500 Companies, providing support in office management, establishing policies, procedures and staff development in human resources, customer service, billing, credit and collections. She also has experience in converting manual-to-automated processes and has participated in several software conversions.  Kim has been the recipient of many performance awards for streamlining processes, expense reduction, and employee development.

PERSONAL

She is currently taking classes for her Real Estate License. Kim, her husband, son and two dogs live in Waukesha County. Her hobbies include fishing, camping, snowmobiling, hunting, and spending time with family.
