Mike Keane

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Mike is a principal owner and Board Member of Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, and has focused the majority of his 17-year career in the healthcare real estate sector. Mike’s experience in representing healthcare clients is focused on tenant representation and capital markets transactions. He has extraordinary skills in relationship management, and offers clients the highest level of expertise throughout all stages of a transaction. Throughout his career, Mike has been an integral part of over $800 million in transactions.

Early in his career, Mike was embedded at GE Healthcare as a Cushman & Wakefield Corporate Consultant for two years.  In this role, he acted as Transaction Manager; putting together detailed financial business cases for buy vs. lease, remain vs. relocate, and rooftop consolidation scenarios for GE Healthcare locations across the globe, as well as managing lease audits and real estate tax appeals for numerous GE Healthcare locations throughout the U.S.

This corporate experience has proved invaluable in understanding corporate structure, budgeting process, and how real estate fits into a non-real estate organization. It has allowed Mike and his team to provide best-in-class service in tenant representation and capital markets, from a 1,200 square foot lease renewal to a $400 million capital markets transaction for a large corporate health care provider with locations in Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan.
