(Brookfield, WI)— Signs By Tomorrow of West Allis, an outdoor and indoor sign, display, and graphics company, closed on the purchase of a 13,500 square-foot flex space building in Brookfield. The building, at 3415 N 127th Street, will accommodate Sign By Tomorrow’s growth and client expansion across Southeastern Wisconsin. “Signs By Tomorrow wanted to own their own property and stay centrally located to foster continued company growth,” said Patrick Dedering of The Boerke Company, who represented the buyer.  “This property checked all the boxes on their want list”.

Signs By Tomorrow is currently making improvements to the building to suit their use and will take up most of the space when they transition to the property this coming September.   Colliers International represented the seller and Patrick Dedering and Jim Babiasz of The Boerke Company represented the buyer in the transaction.
