We found that 70% of our workforce would like an ongoing blend of office and remote working. We most likely don’t ever see ourselves going back to the pre- COVID 19 levels.
I’m seeing office occupiers become more interested in owning their office buildings because it gives them control and they can invest more. There is also a shift to class A buildings.
People just don’t feel comfortable right now. I think it will be well into the second quarter of 2021 before things start looking operationally like they did before.
When I look over the horizon, it’s nearly at the end of the first quarter in 2021 that I have a respondent to my survey saying that they are expecting anywhere from 90 to 100% of their employees to be back in the building.
