PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Ben Adank is a member of the Investment Sales/Capital Markets Team at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke. His focus is on Investment transactions and strategies to maximize returns for his clients. Ben began his real estate career in 2005 as a broker with RFP Commercial, Inc. where he was part of the investment team and focused on underwriting and transaction management. In 2015, Ben transitioned to SARA Investment Real Estate where he was Vice President of Development and oversaw all investment activity for the firm. While there, he helped lead their expansion of high-quality commercial properties throughout the Midwest with a focus on Wisconsin, St. Louis, and Minneapolis.

Ben joined Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke in 2020 to help lead the growth of the Capital Markets team. Over the course of his career, Ben has completed more than $700 million in real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of 8.6 million square feet of investment property. Primarily focused on office and industrial assets, Ben is a valued resource to both local and institutional clients. Beyond the traditional transactional advice, he also works on tax assessment relief, REO strategies and asset repositioning.
