Ben Adank is a member of the Investment Sales/Capital Markets Team at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke. His focus is on Investment transactions and strategies to maximize returns for his clients. Ben has 15 year of real estate experience, most recently he was Vice President of Development for SARA Investment Real Estate. There he helped lead their expansion of high-quality commercial properties throughout the Midwest with a focus on Wisconsin and Minneapolis. During his 5 years with SARA, he helped transact over $500 Million of acquisitions and disposition in the office, industrial and retail sectors.
Prior to joining SARA in 2015, Mr. Adank was an Investment Sales broker for 10 years with RFP Commercial, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he completed more than $200 million in real estate transactions, including the acquisition and sale of 3.5 million square feet of investment property. Primarily focused on office and industrial assets, Ben was a valued resource to both local and institutional clients during the great recession. Beyond the traditional transactional advice, he also worked on tax assessment relief, REO strategies and asset repositioning.
