Since joining The Boerke Company, Inc. in 2016, Darrell Fischer has focused on meeting the commercial real estate needs of investment, office, industrial, and healthcare clients. Fischer focuses on collecting and providing current market data to his clients. Darrell’s goal is to leverage his analytic skills to explore the best options for the clients decision-making process based on specific parameters for leasing, relocation, land acquisition, investment and conversion.

Fischer graduated in 1989 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a B.S. degree in Commercial Real Estate, Finance and Marketing. Upon graduation, Fischer worked in the Commercial Real Estate division of The First National Bank of Chicago. He supported lenders with project analysis and letter of credit administration for groups such as the Pritzker Realty, Prentiss Properties, Hamilton Partners and The Alter Group. He was promoted to Valuation Analyst, specializing in workout projects. Subsequent years included senior level sales positions in the health-related industry.
