ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Kris Sydow started his commercial property career over 20 years ago in the development and investment segments. He later joined Grub & Ellis | Apex Commercial (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in the Winter of 2010, and after 2 successful years as the Vice President of the Retail team, he made the switch to The Boerke Company in the Fall of 2012 to continue his work in the hospitality and development sectors as JLL didn’t provide solutions in that space.
Since moving over to Cushman & Wakefield | The Boerke Company, Kristian has been focused on the sale of targeted development assets across a handful of property segments along with the sale or leasing of restaurant/hospitality assets, and has done so with great success. By combining an understanding of the development process with an ability to expand an ever growing client base, many of the clients served have been loyal and provided additional opportunities. Uncovering new solutions to old problems is where Kristian has and will continue to flourish. Many of the effective solutions to client concerns has been tied to providing peripheral support with all the other things that come with purchasing or leasing a property, which include financing, architectural concerns, construction questions, zoning, etc. It has been the point of view on each project that sets Kristian apart, as well as his ability to source funding solutions to typically challenging projects.
