Rand has 30 years experience in industrial real estate and investment sales. He has been involved in over $400,000,000 of lease and sale transactions over the years with an emphasis on “user’ transactions.
Long standing relationships with private equity groups, M&A firms, crisis managers, special asset groups and court appointed receivers are a large part of his continued successes. Rand joined Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke after working with CB Richard Ellis as Senior Vice President of their Industrial Team.
