The Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke Company strongly believes in giving back to the Communities in which we live and work. Members of our team are involved in Charities, Nonprofits and Community Organizations in Wisconsin and, in some cases, other parts of the World. Boerke team members serve as Board Members and Volunteers in many of these organizations throughout the area. We strongly encourage all of our Team members to serve in the community one lives in.
One of our core beliefs is to leave a place better than when you found it. Commercial real estate is a major factor in any community and it is our responsibility, since we are the professionals and we derive our livelihood from serving those communities, to give back through one’s talents, time and financial resources.
We also lend our expertise in advising many Non-profit organizations and assist them in their real estate needs and requirements.
2020 Sponsorships & Donations
The following organizations have been chosen for support in 2020.
The Betty Brinn Museum supports outreach programs, offered on-site and in some of Milwaukee’s highest-needs neighborhoods, that ensure disadvantaged families in our region have access to parenting education and high-quality learning experiences that promote school readiness and help shape a child’s academic and lifelong success.
Life Navigators was founded by parents who sought to provide opportunities and services for their children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their early efforts resulted in mandated special education services, day programming and community-based recreation, residential and employment programming.
The Hunger Task Force believes that every person has a right to adequate food obtained with dignity. We work to prevent hunger and malnutrition
by providing food to people in need today and by promoting social policies to achieve a hunger-free community tomorrow.
The Real Estate Alliance for Charity (REACH) is a non-profit organization that raises funds through interactive and engaging activities.
