BACKGROUND & OVERVIEW

John B. Kuhn has over 25 years of real estate experience and has consummated transactions totaling well over $150 million dollars. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | The Boerke Company, Kuhn was a Principal at Siegel-Gallagher, Inc., and earlier in his career founded and operated JBK Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage and development company. Prior to forming JBK Properties, Mr. Kuhn was employed with Mandel Group, Inc., joining the company in 1998 , where he was responsible for all aspects of the Retail Division, including all project entitlements, lease negotiations, and project financing. Projects completed included two Kohls’ Department Stores and a Jewel/Osco Food Store.

Mr. Kuhn was also a Senior Real Estate Manager with American Stores Properties, Inc., a development subsidiary for American Stores, Inc., based in Salt Lake City, UT, which owned and operated Jewel/Osco Stores. While with ASPI, Mr. Kuhn and was responsible for developing five new ground-up Jewel/Osco stores, the acquisition and conversion of one Pick ‘n Save store and four Cub Food Stores, all in the metropolitan Milwaukee market.
