We are pleased to announce the successful lease-up of 62,000 SF of industrial space at N102 W19300 Willow Creek Drive in Germantown, Wisconsin.
HSA Commercial acquired the property fully leased. Shortly thereafter, an existing tenant unexpectedly exercised a termination option, creating 62,000 SF of vacancy.
The vacancy was quickly reduced when an existing tenant expanded into an additional 15,500 SF bay, followed by the recent completion of a lease for the remaining 46,500 SF.
The result: limited downtime, a successful transition following a tenant buyout, and the opportunity to capitalize on rent growth since the original leases were executed.
