Owen Arnett

Owen is a Real Estate Advisor with Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, beginning his career in commercial real estate brokerage with a focus on developing a broad understanding of the industry and Wisconsin market. As he builds his practice, Owen will be working closely with experienced members of the firm’s brokerage team, gaining hands-on exposure to client representation, business development, market research, and transaction strategy.

Owen was drawn to commercial real estate by the combination of relationship-building, competition, problem-solving, and teamwork involved in the business. He enjoys that every client and transaction presents a different challenge and values the balance between individual initiative and collaboration that defines successful brokerage.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Owen earned a bachelor’s degree in Personal Finance with a minor in Business and Entrepreneurship, as well as a master’s degree in Sports Leadership. While at Wisconsin, he was a five-season member of the Badgers football program, playing safety from 2021 through 2025. He was recognized as a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, Academic All-Big Ten honoree, and Dean’s List student during his collegiate career.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and cooking.
