JaVaughn Porter began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in a flex position that offered broad exposure to brokerage operations across all asset classes. In January 2025 that hands-on foundation led him to make the transition into full-time brokerage, focusing on retail and multi-family assets, while also maintaining a secondary emphasis on land development and industrial properties.
