Mariah Halvorson

Mariah Halvorson serves as Marketing Manager at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, where she leads the firm’s brand, visual identity, and marketing execution across a variety of platforms and touchpoints. Her work focuses on how the firm is presented in the market, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality in everything from digital presence to print collateral and large-scale campaigns.

In her role, Mariah works closely with firm leadership and the transaction team to develop marketing and business development initiatives that support the firm’s growth and long-term positioning. She oversees the design and production of marketing materials, manages firmwide campaigns and outreach efforts, and helps shape strategies that strengthen market visibility and client engagement.

Before joining Boerke, Mariah owned and operated her own creative business, partnering with clients on branding and design, and gained additional experience in direct mail marketing at Trusted Media Brands and through an internship with MillerCoors. She holds a BA in Journalism, Advertising, and Public Relations, with a minor in Design, from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities.

In her free time, Mariah loves being with her family and dog, spending time antiquing and collecting vintage items, and you can always find her in the middle of some sort of crafting project or artistic endeavor.
