Austin Bertram

Austin Bertram is a Senior Investment Sales Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, playing an integral role in advancing transactions from origination to completion. He is actively involved in underwriting assets and leases, while also developing market intelligence and fostering client relationships to drive continued success of the Capital Markets team.

Prior to his current role, Austin was an operations intern at Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. in Baltimore, MD. He holds an Masters of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Graaskamp Real Estate Program. During his free time, he enjoys going up north with friends and family whether it be snowmobiling in the winter or going out on the boat in the summer.
