Caroline Draver currently serves as Research Transaction Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, where her role consists of monitoring the firm’s growing involvement in the Madison market, collecting industry statistics, updating company property databases, and collaborating with the brokerage teams.
Caroline earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing: Integrated Marketing Communications from Southeast Missouri State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from University of Wisconsin-Madison at the prestigious Graaskamp Center for Real Estate. During her time at SEMO, Caroline was a part of D1 Women’s Volleyball team.
