Dan Palec is the Director of Research at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, where he oversees the firm’s best in class research department which maintains the firm’s market intelligence databases, identifies, and forecasts economic and real estate trends, and produces quarterly research papers. He also provides property and lease underwriting analysis for the firm’s brokerage teams.
Dan joined Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke in 2021 as a Market Research Analyst Intern in the firm’s Madison office where he created new comprehensive property databases, contributing to the firm’s growing presence in the region. He then quickly rose to the position of Senior Research & Financial Analyst, and ultimately Director of Research.
Dan earned his B.B.A in Marketing & Management, and MS in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the prestigious Graaskamp Center for Real Estate. During his time in school, Dan was a trumpet player in the University of Wisconsin Marching Band.
