Dave Ferron
Dave joined The Boerke Company as a Commercial Broker in early 2015. For 10 years prior, he worked with a private real estate investor as their Real Estate & Development Manager. While there, Dave managed the purchase and disposition of multiple properties, complete restoration and renovation in dozens of buildings, including a two-city block redevelopment of former industrial buildings, converting them to institutional (educational) and service/office uses. Dave was responsible for finding tenants, negotiating leases for office, industrial, retail commercial properties. He also managed the environmental remediation, redevelopment, ground up construction and leasing of a 40,000 SF flex building which achieved full occupancy prior to completion
As a ten-year Chairman of Business Improvement District #35, Dave was a key participant in planning and completing the $22 million cleanup of the Kinnickinnic River which provided the impetus for over $280 million of real estate development, creating hundreds of new jobs and changing the face of Milwaukee’s entrance to the near south side.
