WORK EXPERIENCE

Ferron joined Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in early 2015. For 10 years prior, he worked with Paul Davis Restoration as their Real Estate & Development Manager. While there, Dave managed the purchase and disposition of properties, complete restoration and renovation in dozens of buildings, including a two city block redevelopment of former industrial buildings, converting them to institutional (MATC) and service (BLAST) uses. After Tews sold to the Lafarge Corporation in 1996, Dave remained on as a Vice President General Manager of the $10 billion building materials company.
