JaVaughn Porter began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in a flex position that offered broad exposure to brokerage operations across all asset classes. In January 2025 that hands-on foundation led him to make the transition into full-time brokerage, focusing on retail and multi-family assets, while also maintaining a secondary emphasis on land development and industrial properties. Known for his client-first approach, JaVaughn is committed to guiding owners, tenants, and investors toward smart, strategic real estate decisions whether leasing, selling, or securing their next business hub.
