Nancy works alongside the managing principle focusing on company operations, financial reporting, and strategic planning. She spearheads hiring, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations. In tandem with these roles, she is the primary liaison and negotiator with external vendors for administrative purposes.
With an impressive professional background of over 25 plus years, Nancy possesses expertise in professional and upper-level management. She has built a vast skill set with an emphasis on strong employee satisfaction and retention. Prior to assuming her leadership role at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, she worked at Thermo Asset Management Services, U.S. Counseling Services, and Kohl’s Corporation. Beyond her professional endeavors, Nancy finds joy in spending time at the baseball fields with her grandchildren.
