Pasqualina Paloma Muro serves as a Transaction Coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, where she supports the firm’s brokerage team through transaction management, property marketing, and the coordination of commercial real estate transactions. She enjoys the collaborative nature of the industry and is passionate about building lasting relationships while continuing to grow within Milwaukee’s commercial real estate community.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke, Paloma gained experience across several Milwaukee organizations. She served as an Investment, Data & Analytics Intern at Northwestern Mutual, where she supported financial operations and analytics initiatives. She also worked as a Development Intern at Three Leaf Partners, gaining valuable exposure to the planning and execution of commercial real estate development projects. Most recently, Paloma interned with Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke before transitioning into her full-time role as a Transaction Coordinator.

Paloma earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University, where she completed the Real Estate Asset Program (REAP). She also holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License. During her time at Marquette, she served as a Resident Assistant, Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Club, Events Chair for Women in Business, and helped establish and lead Marquette University’s Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) chapter.

Outside of work, Paloma volunteers as a dancer with Tradizione Vivente, the Italian Dance Group of Milwaukee. She enjoys spending time with family, playing the violin, and continuing to expand her knowledge of the commercial real estate industry.
